I had a great stay at Rivera Sarovar Portico in Ahmedabad. The distance from the airport was convenient and the access to the city was easy. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast had a wide variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, and the buffet dinner with live gazal performance was a delightful experience. Additionally, the view of the Sabarmati river from the 7th floor room was breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay here at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were super comfortable and luxurious, providing us with a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The overall service was excellent, leaving us extremely satisfied with our stay.

The hotel provided excellent service, with friendly staff always ready to help. the breakfast had a good spread and the room service was praiseworthy. the room was well-maintained and clean, with a beautiful view of the river. the location was great, just 20 minutes from the airport and near the river front.

The pick-up service from the airport was not good, with a pickup time of 4am. the rest of the experience was not good and I would try to avoid this hotel chain in the future based on this experience.

The restaurant staff were also commendable, providing excellent service and making our dining experience enjoyable. The hotel even provided a shuttle service with a friendly and prompt driver. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and cozy rooms.

The hotel is perfectly located overlooking a beautiful riverfront. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are extremely friendly and hospitable. I particularly enjoyed the delicious food served at the restaurant and the variety offered during breakfast.

The housekeeping department needs improvement as some areas of the room were not cleaned well during my stay. some of the staff lacked the same level of politeness and courteousness as their colleagues.

Having to travel to remote areas of India for work wasn't easy, but the location of the hotel was a relief. Being very near to the river front, I enjoyed a beautiful view of the serene waters. The river facing rooms were nicely decorated and had all the necessary comforts.

The hotel's customer service left something to be desired.
